DZI Insurance company is the first Bulgarian insurance company established in 1947, just two years after the end of WWII, and remained the only one until 1989. DZI engaged the Bytesmiths to help the company at a late stage of a large insurance platform implementation. We needed someone with the technical and insurance expertise, and also the right combination of dedication, open attitude and proficiency, to back our efforts and meet the ambitious deadline.

When the Bytesmiths team joined, they took over some of the most critical and complex tasks and addressed them with proficiency, speed and ease, which changed the mood of the entire team. Even the skeptics became believers – and our joint push forward led to a successful completion of the project. We launched the product live on time, confident in the reliability of the solutions provided.

We are currently aiming to broaden our technological partnership with the Bytesmiths in areas complementary to our core insurance systems.
